THE MUSES IN CYPRUS
I N V I T A T I O N
Dear friends ,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the International Art Fest “The Muses in Cyprus” – a project of the Muses Association and partners.
We set ourselves the ambitious initiative to organize annually, with the assistance of partners, different events, at different times of the year, in different countries and cities. We are happy to bring together different partner organizations, institutions, clubs, associations and others in different fields, with different projects, to present their art, creative work and innovative projects in the form of a different presentation.
IDEA:
Together we discover new places, explore different cultures and worlds, create new friendships and sustainable partnerships, combined with active recreation and a wonderful vacation.
We are launching our new adventure for avid travelers with a passion for the arts in Cyprus with the kind partnership of our colleagues and friends from the Cultural Club “Bulgarianche”- Larnaca and Dance Ensemble “Bulgari”- Larnaca.
We chose the compact and beautiful Island of Aphrodite at the end of May to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Mediterranean beaches, to feel the hospitality of the locals, to feel this unique blend of antiquity and modernity. And in advance – to present our creative projects on the sea scene of Larnaca and in the beautiful hotel complexes where we are staying.
PARTICIPANTS:
The event is international in nature and involves children, youth and adults from music, theatre and dance collectives at community centers, clubs, studios, schools, art schools and academies, guests from Bulgarian and foreign organizations, creative collectives, individual participants, project leaders presenting different forms of performance, mastering new spaces as stages of action and attracting new audiences.
PERIOD:
The edition “sea of muses” in cyprus is organised for 5 days from 29 may to 03.06. 2024 with a request to be held annually in the same period.
SETTING:
The participants and guests of the project will be accommodated in apartments in a 3 star complex , in the centre of larnaca, close to the stage, promenade, shops, restaurants.
PRICES:
130 Euro for 5 nights 115 Euro for 4 nights 100 Euro for 3 nights
Price is per person and includes : corresponding number nights , accommodation in apartments – hotels near the beach, in apartments in 2 rooms (3 + 2) (3 + 3 )
Extra charge for accommodation in double room 10 Euro per day, per person
Price does not include:
– Food 20 Euro per day per person ( breakfast and dinner)
– Transfer 10 Euro per person per direction ( larnaca airport – hotel)
– Participation fee 40 Euro per person
– Excursions ( prices in appendix)

Note: The above prices are valid for a minimum of 25 people. for smaller numbers, individual tours are available at higher prices.
IMPORTANT: The participants themselves organize the purchase of the plane tickets. On request, the organizers can assist with group booking on a list basis.
PROGRAM:
Participants send information about their project and program to the organizers, getting acquainted in advance with the conditions, venue and logistics of the event.
