The price includes:
- Accommodation in guesthouses and 2** and 3*** hotels in triple and quadruple rooms, studios, and apartments in Sozopol (accommodation in Primorsko, Kiten, and Sunny Beach is also available upon request).
- 5 or 10 half-board meals (overnight stay, breakfast, and dinner).
- Two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) at a 2* or 3* restaurant.
NOTE:
- The price is a package deal and applies to all delegation members (participants, leaders, parents, and fans).
- The guesthouses and hotels published on the website do not include all accommodations offered by the tour operator in the listed locations.
- Hotel selection is determined by the order of registration and hotel capacity.
- Accommodation in hotels with restaurants requires mandatory meal service.
- Minimum stay: three nights. Prices for three and four nights are subject to additional negotiation.
- Extending the stay of participants is only possible before the start and after the end of the festival! Prices for extending the stay are subject to additional negotiation.
- For single or double room accommodation, prices are negotiated separately.
- Accommodation in 4* and 5* hotels is also available.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FOR TOURIST SERVICES:
Registration is carried out as follows:
- Fill out the required number and type of tourist services in the Online Registration Form or the participation form in Microsoft Office Word format (.doc).
- Approved groups pay an advance of 30% as a guarantee fee, which is deducted from the final payment.
- The remaining 70% of the payment must be made no later than one month before the festival begins via bank transfer or upon arrival with the organizers’ approval.
Tourist services are guaranteed only after an advance payment of 30% of the total amount for tourist services.
In case of withdrawal or fewer participants than initially registered, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be deducted.

- For every group of 20 people, the 21st person is free of charge.
- Children under 2 years old stay for free
- Children of up to 6 years of age are accomodated at 30% discount (only for accommodation in rooms with three beds, studios and apartments) The discount is not valid for accommodation in a double room!
Additional payments not included in the package prices:
- 20 € per person Burgas-Sozopol-Burgas transfer (for groups of at least 20 people);
- 50 € per person Varna-Sozopol-Varna transfer (for groups of at least 30 people);
- 100 € per person (depending on the number of passengers) Istanbul-Sozopol -Istanbul transfer;
- 10 € day per person extra charge for lunch for a group of at least 15 people
Terms of Stay:
- Participants in the first session arrive on July 4 and depart on July 14. Participants in the second session arrive on July 9 and depart on July 14. Participants may attend both sessions if they wish.
- Guest check-in depends on arrival time but no earlier than 2:00 PM on the same day. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. All keys must be returned to the hotel reception by check-out time.
- Guests occupy their hotel rooms throughout their stay and are required to pay for additional guests if any are found. Accommodation and use of common areas in a way that disturbs or offends other guests/residents will result in termination of the stay.
- All damages to hotel property during the stay must be paid before departure.
- Visiting groups arriving by their own transport can park their bus or other vehicles at a guarded or unguarded parking lot at their own expense.
- All leaders and participants must arrange their own insurance for the travel and festival period at their own expense.

Kayaking
Organization and execution of tourist kayaking tours with single and double kayaks, equipped with paddles, life jackets, and dry bags. These activities take place on the Dyavolska, Kitenska, or Veleka Rivers, ensuring a completely safe environment.
Boat Tour Along the Sozopol Coast
Duration: 1 hour
Experience the charm of Sozopol through the eyes of a sailor. The rocky capes and serene golden beaches look entirely different from the sea. The landscapes of Old and New Sozopol, set against the backdrop of surrounding mountains, are unforgettable. The views from the ship’s deck are truly magnificent.
Ravadinovo Castle
Just 2 kilometers inland from Sozopol, near the village of Ravadinovo, stands a unique, romantic, and majestic structure. Viewed from above, it resembles a cross, and from the lake, it looks like something out of a fairy tale. The medieval-style Ravadinovo Castle is one of the newest attractions in the area.
Action Aquapark – Sunny Beach
Action Aquapark is the most entertaining and exciting place in Sunny Beach. The park offers water attractions for all ages, catering to every taste and preference. Set amidst lush greenery, it features 13 water slides and attractions, several cocktail bars, and dining venues. Forget everything else and immerse yourself in a world of adventure, games, and extreme experiences.

The Aquapark in Primorsko is part of a modern sports complex located at the entrance of the town. It offers a variety of entertainment options for adults, while children can enjoy a dedicated play area with small slides and a pool.

Bulgarian Evening – Nessebar
Dinner at a traditional folklore restaurant featuring an ethnographic exhibition, national cuisine, and wine from the cellar. The unique program includes fire dancing, games, and entertainment. For the little ones, there are games, a clown show, and a ride in a donkey cart.
Neptune Water Park – Sozopol
With its numerous water slides, a variety of dining venues, additional attractions, expansive green areas, and diverse services, Neptune Water Park offers its guests a truly exceptional world-class experience.
