• Every team or artist participates with one performance in the opening and up to two performances in the competition program as specified in the application form.
• Only the winners of the Grand Prix and the Laureateс of I award take part in the concerts for the closing of each session with one performance on the stage.
• Each team and individual artist should present a different program during the contest and the closing concert. Performing the same act twiceis not allowed.
